  • Ad platform access: where you grant us access to your Google, Meta, or LinkedIn ad accounts, we process the data inside those accounts on your behalf.
  • Site analytics: limited information from server logs and any analytics we run, used to understand site performance.

How we use it

We process personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to deliver paid media services for clients who have engaged us.
  • Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, run our business, and keep our infrastructure secure.
  • Consent: where you have agreed to specific processing, such as marketing email from us.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data is deleted within 12 months unless we are in active discussions.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the providers we use to run our business (for example, email, document storage, and accounting tools), and with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn where clients have authorised us to manage their accounts.
